The Mission in the Desert (American)

100 years ago today The Mission in the Desert was released in U. S. theaters. At least one critic got a sneak peak at the film and raved about it (see review below the ad). The dedicated folks at the Department of Film and Media, University of California at Santa Barbara maintain a website (in progress) about the American Film Manufacturing Company.
